Cybercrime Victim Protections and Caller ID Anti-Spoofing Act

This bill extends workplace protections that currently exist for domestic and sexual violence victims to people experiencing cyberharassment, cyberstalking, or online stalking, and creates a Cybercrime Survivors' Bill of Rights requiring notification from police, prosecutors, and medical providers. It also creates new crimes for cyberharassment, unlawful vehicle tracking, and sharing intimate images without consent, sets up an Elder Abuse Task Force focused on romance scams, requires phone carriers to adopt caller-ID authentication technology by August 2027, and lets courts bar firearm possession during active protective orders.
