HCS HB 3080 -- FACILITIES OF HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE

This bill makes several technical changes to provisions of law relating to facilities of historic significance.

The bill will be retroactive from the effective date and shall apply to all applications for tax credits received by or approved by the Department at any time on or after August 28, 2024.
