Public Safety Omnibus (CCS SS SCS HCS HBs 2637 & 3155)

This combined public-safety bill touches many parts of the criminal justice system: it changes prosecuting attorney pay structures, updates juvenile detention procedures, tightens parole eligibility for certain felony classes, and expands the sex offender registry with new offense tiers.
